Reporting a Claim

    1) Report your claim online.
    2) Call Triangle's Claims Line (866) 894-5020.
  3)  Fax Tri-Cot Initial Loss Report Form to (580) 233-6037.
    4) Contact your agent.

Tri-Cot losses are required to be reported within 72 hours of the loss occurrence. Triangle's claims line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Information you will need when reporting a claim may inlcude:
     - Policy number
    - Date of loss
     - Producer's name & farm number
     - Location of loss
     - Cause of loss (fire, wind, theft)
     - Type of loss (basket, module, baled, trailer, boll buggy)
     - Estimated number of bales lost
