    3)  Contact your agent.

Information you will need when reporting a claim may inlcude:
     - Policy number
     - Date incident occurred
     - Type of property damaged or lost
     - Extent of damages
     - Extent of any injuries
     - Information regarding parties involved in the loss
     - Whether authorities had to be called
